4. Online Therapy via RED connect

I offer psychotherapy video sessions via the GDPR-compliant video tool RED connect. RED connect is a video service provider certified by the KBV and gematik and complies with GDPR requirements as well as medical confidentiality under § 203 of the German Criminal Code.

The connection is end-to-end encrypted. Sessions are not recorded. Only the data necessary to conduct the video session is collected and processed.

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), or social media plugins.

This website is hosted by rainbow-web.com, a provider based in Germany. The hosting provider stores the aforementioned connection data in so-called server log files. A data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with rainbow-web.com.
